You're Element is Water. You are soft and serene at
most times but like Wind, you're scary when
you're mad. You proabaly have a talent is
singing and even your speaking voice is lovely.
You have an innocent type of beauty that makes
you look younger than you are and you like
close relationships with people.

I am so pissed right now! I've been an avid fan of the above writer for atlest the last 13 years. I have been following the Dark Tower Series from the begining. I flew through The Wolves of Calla, and when Song of Susanna came out I reserved a copy at the library on the relese date. Now what I am about to write will probably ruin the story for anyone reading or interested in reading this book so if that is you stop now. I don't know how to do cuts, so just stop reading now.

O.K.- King wrote himself as a character in this book. Not like in his movies, where he has a cammeo, no. A major character, the soul person responsible for the salvation of the Tower and every world in existance. The Creator. Of all the egotistical, immature, self-stroking things to do....I'm speechless. Yes, the writer of any story is the creator of that world. However, one of the things I've always liked about his stories is how close these worlds resemble our own. The suspension of belief. Caring about the characters. All the stuf a great writer can do. And in less then one chapter, of an already mediocre book, he completely destroyed that (what's the word I'm looking for?) state of mind. Anything more would be a ramble, so I'll stop now, but man, WHY?
