maiagirlToday was my last day of student teaching. The kids were sweet, I got lots of hugs and a book of advice they wrote for me. Some of the advice is really practical, like "Make sure all the kids who need help get help", to the hilarious "you should do the macarena with your students every day". Gods, I'm going to miss them! Right now I'm so tired my entire body hurts, and I want to sleep the weekend away, but they were a good group.
I went to see Star Wars III last night (or is that early this morning?) I won't spoil; anything but I will say this-watching that movie is like spending a lot of money on really cool looking shoes that turn your feet into a blistered mess after three steps. You know they're going to hurt, but all your friends have them, and they look really pretty and shiney, but you know it's going to hurt.
